Con la Señora Erika me lleve una gran cantidad de experiencias en mi vida, al momento de comprar mi primera propiedad; doy gracias a Dios todos los días por que ella es una persona muy entregada a su trabajo, se entrega por completo a sus clientes y siempre tiene alguna solución o palabra motivadora para seguir adelante con el proceso.

Erika además de estar pendiente de las inspecciones, de conocer cómo se manejan los préstamos, de negociar el mejor precio; en fin de hacer excelentemente su trabajo siempre le pone un plus como vamos a ver estas 4 o 5 casas, ella llega con un folleto para cada propiedad con sus respectivas características y te acompaña hasta acabar las visitas y te ayuda con todas las negociaciones además de siempre estar con una gran sonrisa y una excelente vibra, excelente persona y excelente profesional !!!

Además también cabe mencionar que siempre tiene un feedback con su cliente, para tratar siempre de estar involucrada en cómo va el proceso de la compra y cual debe ser el próximo pasó.

Simplemente Erika nos generó mucha más confianza y se veía mucho más preparada para así poder alcanzar el éxito.

Con Erika vivimos momentos de mucha presión, angustia, desesperación, tristezas, desencantos y hasta de decepciones antes del momento de la compra de la casa; ya que estábamos trabajando con un banco grande ( Bank of America ). I had worked with Erika Garcia to sell my previous home several months earlier. When I was ready to buy I contacted Erika with a property I had seen on Realtor.com. She set up a viewing. When that did not work out she sent me potential properties and when I saw one I wanted to see she promptly set up appointments. Where do I start. Erika did a phenomenal job with us she had so much patience and took her time and went ABOVE and BEYOND for us to find a perfect home. On October of last year we lost our apartment that we called home due to a fire. We were determine that it was time for us to find a home the actually call ours. We had no idea what to expect when looking for a home and Ericka was very kind and she provided so much knowledge she was super organized she came with pictures pamphlets everything for the home that we have selected to see. She took her time in every detail in explaining to us everything that we needed to know.
