I recently hired Greg at Black Dog Realty as my realtor and it was one of the best decisions I have made. Going into it, I did not know where to start besides hiring a realtor. Greg is sincere and honest. He helped us sell our Cockeysville home of 35 years. He steered us in the right direction by having a working knowledge of the homes in our area. His photographer took great pictures of our home and even placed in a beautiful sunset! After the Home Inspection results were in, Greg helped us determine which issues we should work on. We are happy we chose him to be our realtor.

I called Greg to setup a time to meet up and from the start I knew he would be great to work with, He is knowledgeable, attentive, and has great communication throughout the process. Very profession and polite as well. I will recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to Greg. He made things as simple as they could be.
