Hey y’all, Ike Zapata here. As a local real estate agent, I work alongside the Service First Real Estate Group, brokered by Keller Williams - Lone Star. A little bit about me? I grew up in the San Antonio area but currently live in Austin. I still consider both places home—true Texan here!

I started my career in real estate primarily on the investment side, focusing on small land flips that grew into purchasing buy-and-hold rentals and even creating tiny home Airbnbs! I pride myself on being versatile, organized, and having fun along the way. I love sharing my experiences of ups and downs with clients because I've been on both sides of the fence!
