For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $402,500 in Williamson County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $391,250 in October.

Jollyville had 14 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 74—up 5.71% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.

Of those 74 active listings, 31.08% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Jollyville grew 7.68% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $505,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
