My home was very old so I was surprised that it had the value it did. There were repairs that needed to be done and I was glad to do them so that whoever bought my home would have a good home to live in. I would not have known about how to locate all this help without Isaiah Thomas' help. He was smart enough to know who to ask if he didn't know the answer himself.

As a first time buyer, I had many fears, questions, and nerves. Working with Isaiah Thomas eased all them! He was very easy to communicate with. Very timely in his response. Even after the sale, he stayed in contact to make sure everything went smoothly!
