Our experience with Jake was incredible!! He was very responsive, extremely hard working and willing to help! My husband and I purchased our house from out of state, site-unseen, and I have not worked with any other agent that I would have felt comfortable enough to do so with. My husband flew into town ONE Saturday to check out the area (because neither of us had been to Colorado before), Jake was willing to take time out of his Saturday to drive my husband around and provide him with the details on every area. Additionally, Jake NEVER sent us more than a few homes to check out. He only sends properties that he thinks you will like and that are pertinent to what you want. Jake made the process incredibly easy and was present at our home to take care of all of the necessary steps in the buying process (since we were unable to be in town to do so). We could not be happier with our experience with Jake & absolutely plan to use him again in the future! We adore our new home and are still in awe that it is actually ours! :)

Jake is an excellent realtor and city guide for those new to the area. He was honest with all of his recommendations, prompt in all correspondence, and professional in every part of the process. He found us the house with everything we wanted, negotiated for us to get the right price, and even helped us find a builder to begin our own improvements to the backyard and deck. I have already recommended Jake to several friends new to the area, and all have appreciated Jake's services and professionalism.

Jake took my insanely inexperienced, insanely anxious arse to school! Jake is so familiar with the area, knew his job, knew the arwas, stuck to our price point, the works. I never felt pressured, I never felt like he was out of his depth.
