After 20 yrs in leadership positions in the field child welfare, Jim has established this second career helping families by working with them to achieve the AMERICAN dream of home ownership. Jim has his Masters in Business Administration and the designation of PhD, a.b.d in a Leadership & Administration Doctoral Program. In May 2018 Jim passed the State & National tests to become an Associate Broker. Jim has 2 sons and resides in Johnstown, PA with his wife of 32 years along with their Great Pyrenees, Finley and Corgi, Bentley.
Jim’s book “The Real Estate Warrior, Volume 1 Leadership and Success”” is great read for those working in the real estate business or for those looking to buy or sell a home.
In addition to working in Pennsylvania, Jim holds his Associate Broker License in Key West Florida where he works at Key West Luxury Real Estate.
