Year over year, Hopwood’s rolling three-month data shows home values edging higher while listing prices have eased. The typical home value is up a little over 5 percent compared with last year, but the median list price is down nearly 9 percent. At the same time, homes sold have increased by more than 28 percent and new listings are up almost 24 percent, indicating more movement on both sides of the market.
