I cannot imagine a better real-estate agent than Jane Bloch. We found her through the internet due to her reviews, as we prepared to "someday" sell our home. Jane came over regardless and gave us many ideas. Then came Covid-19, so we decided to sell and move to our river home within 3 months. Jane came right over, gave us lists, guidelines, and advised us weekly on what to do to maximize price and was always responsive to our ideas and questions. Three months later we had 18 walk-throughs in 3 days followed by 12 offers, most higher than our list... and we were even delighted with the buyer as the selling process including the close was as smooth as butter. It could not have gone better. Jane is truly a superb and talented professional and we were lucky to find her.

We met Jane from a prior listing of hers. She was very helpful in then representing both her seller and then us as the potential buyers... truly made the process seamless and as least stressful as possible! We knew that if we ended up being the buyers of the house, we would need an agent to sell our then current house- We knew it would just need to be Jane, if she would have us! Selling our house could've been very intimidating because we were first time home sellers, but Jane made the process super simple with helpful checklists and a solid plan of action!
