Janet Markeson helped us buy our first home in East Tucson when we were shopping from out of town, sell it 4 years later with a large return on our investment, and buy our new home on the Eastside! She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She equipped us with so much information but very much let us make whatever decisions we’re comfortable. We felt so supported and safe with her. She was so knowledgeable and easy to work with, we will never use another realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. Janet did an amazing job selling our home! From staging to signing, she was so incredible! It’s clear that she knows the laws and regulations of real estate very well. Janet was very proactive with ensuring we were protected, finding contractors to do the work we needed to have done on our home, ensuring we had multiple bids to choose from and were able to come to a fair agreement with the buyers. This could’ve been a very stressful situation, but she took all of the stress out of it for us! Janet deserves 10+ stars. She is a professional realtor. One thing that struck me was her timeliness. If she tells you she will be there at 1:00 she makes it happen. Not 1:05 but 1:00. Second, she researches the house she is about to show you. If the house has an old roof or old plumbing she will tell you up front. Third, she is available when you call. You will speak to Janet and not an assistant. Many times we called and left messages and she called back within 10 minutes. During negotiations Janet is considerate with her suggestions for offers. She doesn't low ball the seller but she also doesn't let the seller take advantage of you. Finally Janet is a realtor that goes above and beyond throughout the buying process. After closing on our home we still didn't know where to locate the mailbox. Janet went out to the neighborhood, found the mailbox took pictures emailed them as well as sending an aerial map of the location. You won't go wrong with Janet on your side.

Janet Markeson did an outstanding job helping me navigate the Tucson RE market showed me both existing and new construction homes while preparing to relocate from the East Coast to the Tucson Eastside area.
