Jeff is the best! Hands down. I would say I was a difficult seller. I had to move out of state and leave the house vacant. That was stressful. The market has been a little slow, but Jeff stuck with me. He not only checked on the property on a weekly basis, he had lawnmowing services set up to take care of the yard. He also had his teenage son go in and keep the place clean over the listing time. My schedule is very hard, but he took calls from me at any time of the day to accommodate me. I don't have the words to explain how much he helped me. Such a great human!!

I was looking for a first home, but didn't have a huge budget. That didn't bother him at all. He treated me as is I was spending a million dollars. He was able to help me find a fixer upper and also helped me find honest contractors he has worked with. I am super excited I was given his name from a friend! I have referred him to several friends and co workers as well. Thank you!
