We looked at houses and land throughout Hamilton, Hancock, and Madison counties. Jeff is very knowledgeable and experienced with these markets. He understood our needs and helped us identify our priorities. A great negotiator in closing the deal and scheduling inspections, builder meetings and ensuring we were prepared at closing. Jeff knocked it out of the park. Our house sold over the weekend with a bidding war that got us top dollar on our home. Jeff Kucic is the BEST!! Was always VERY quick at getting us a scheduled showing and is very quick to return any calls/messages. He is also very creative and knowledgeable with his negotiating skills when making offers etc. He even has many contractors that he referred us to for very quick and professional repairs that was needed following inspection. Everything was SEAMLESS, quick and easy with Jeff!!!

We recently sold our home in Fishers, IN. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable regarding the local area, home sale trends, and asking prices.
