On our closing day, there was a mistake in the amount we had to bring for closing costs. Because it was an error/miscommunication out of our control, Jeff took the cost from his commission to make up the difference. My husband and I were very appreciative of his making the error right without a moment's hesitation.
His obvious success in selling homes led us to choose him to sell our home. We also knew he'd work hard to make our buy/sell closing dates as seamless as possible. And they happened on the same day! Couldn't have worked out better for our family.
My husband and I are so grateful for Jeff and his team for making it possible to move. My husband and I were underwater with our mortgage for a very long time and didn't have much money to make improvements to sell our house. We didn't think it was going to be possible to move. My parents suggested that we sit down with Jeff Lesley to discuss our options. We did just that. In the fall of 2017, Jeff came to our home and gave us some suggestions on what things we needed to fix. We followed his advice, made the improvements, and contacted him in January 2018 to move forward with the sale. Jeff walked us through each step of the sale. We closed on our house in the beginning of May. We were very pleased! :) We didn't think we could move for so long and Jeff gave us hope. We walked away with enough money to put down a down payment on a newly constructed home. I know this is corny to say but Jeff and his team (Emily Deluke & Josie) made our dreams possible.
Jeff also sold my parent's house, my brother's house, and my friend's house within 1 week of putting it on the market. Jeff is very professional, patient, and a hard worker. I would recommend Jeff Lesley to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.

Jeff and his staff where very focused, and had the best plan. They did a great job.
Jeff was wonderful to work with. He did his homework and was always available to answer questions no matter what time you called. If he didnt answer he was prompt to return your call. I would highly reccommend him when it comes to buying or selling your home.

Jeff Lelsey and his team did an absolutely outstanding job. Jeff knew I was looking to be in this location for several years and we finally were able to pin point the perfect deal. Extremely smooth process.
