For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $371,000 in Brunswick County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $364,000 in October.

Calabash had 6 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 36—down 18.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
