After 2 previous agents, contracts with multiple developers, many years tied up with those contracts and nothing to show for it, we contracted with Jeff Lesley. He worked with the developer and negotiated nonrefundable funds when they wanted multiple extensions. Those funds increased as they needed more time. Finally, we closed last week.
