All I can say is " what a find " in regards to having the opportunity to meet Jeff Lesley & his team. My wife & I have purchased our fair share of homes over the years & worked with quite a few realtors. But, we must say that this home purchase was the smoothest, easiest, home purchase yet. Jeff & his team of Ashli, Hannah, & Brenna all assisted in making this the most painless process ever. Always there when we had questions, never questioned any moves that we wanted to make in negotiations, our needs were first & foremost in this process. Jeff Lesley and his team provided service beyond my expectations. I had to have new flooring installed in my unit.
Since I live out of town, he selected samples of flooring and emailed them to me to make a select. He recommended an attorney for me to use and a handyman to install my flooring. In addition, his team returned equipment and picked up keys for me. Therefore, I didn't have to make a 2 1/2 hour drive to the beach.
Jeff and his team are very professional. I couldn't have picked a better agent.
