I'm a Florida Keys Realtor® and Broker Associate specializing in helping buyers and sellers navigate our unique island market. Based in Marathon, I work throughout the Middle and Lower Keys, with particular expertise in waterfront and boating properties, second homes, investment properties, vacation rentals, and residential homes.

I take the time to understand what my clients are really looking for and dig into the details that matter in the Keys, including boating access, flood zones, insurance considerations, permitting, rental regulations, and property-specific issues that may affect ownership or resale.

My background includes more than 20 years of experience in sales and business operations, and I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Marathon and Lower Keys Association of Realtors®.
