First time in selling a home for over 20 years and my experience wasn’t a goid one.. so I was hesitant in doing this again. I went on Caldwell Banker web and just picked one, without any knowledge and prayed that God have me a realtor that was honest, knowledgeable, and willing to focus in selling my property… well my prayers were answered… as soon as I spoke to other Abel and he not only told me that he would get the job done , he did in an incredible time frame of two weeks from listing we got a hit!!!!
