Jennifer was likely the best real estate agent I have ever used (and I have used several over the decades). She is a very sweet person but she is a tough cookie, and a fantastic advocate for her client. I purchased my home at a time when everything in Colorado was selling very fast, usually with multiple offers and for over asking price. The home I purchased needed some work, and Jennifer was great in helping me come to an offer price that she believed could get us the house but also in keeping with the work it needed. Her knowledge of the area was key to that. Her responsiveness to any question I had was immediate. If the title company was not responsive, she was on the phone immediately to them. She was in close coordination with the lender for my mortgage and everything was in place at the proper dates for the contract to move along properly. I could not recommend her more highly.

My first time buying a house and Jennifer was right there when I needed help and always knew what to do. She even nudged me when I needed to act.
She had good instincts about details in the houses we looked at. She came up with ideas that helped me out bid other offers on the house I finally landed. I hardly believed her estimate that I would find a house in 30 days when I was looking in the low price range in such a competitive market, but she was right!
When I had problems with my loan, she was the one that came up with ideas to urge the right people to find solutions.

My house was a particularly hard house to snow because it used technologies with which people were not familiar. Jennifer persevered and did most everything asked of her. In addition she worked in an environment of a difficult divorce.
