Jeremy worked with my sister and I to sell her house and then find a new townhouse for her. He had multiple offers on the house and closed on it in about 2 weeks! Dealing with Jeremy was great. We live out of state and had to go thru Jeremy a lot over issues that came up with 2 different offers on house. Overall, he was able to encourage us when one offer didn't go thru and we still were able to come up with 2nd offer fairly quickly and got the house sold.
