October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $485,000—up 5.43% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $464,250 in Martin County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $478,880 in November.
Jensen Beach had 40 new listings and 38 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 103—down 2.83% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 103 active listings, 35.92% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Jensen Beach grew 2.28% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $492,990. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 82 days, compared to 57 days in October 2024.
