Jo was such a pleasure to work with. An authentically helpful person who has a natural passion for meeting people's home needs. Jo helped me with a lot of things that I wouldn't think the standard realtor would assist with - because she simply enjoys it and does well to make it a memorable, shared experience out of it. She was able to connect me with the former owners of the historic home that I purchased to go over some key features of the property. Jo has an exceeding amount of local knowledge and excellent taste to match making her a lovely candidate to help anyone entering the Bisnarck market. Thank you, Jo !

We met Jo first as a client and then we became her clients. She actively pursued us for the listing of our house. She came over right away and did a walk through of the house with us, told us some things to move out, repair, and clean. We met a few days later with an advertising plan, comps, and price point. We listed the house right away and had a ton of showings. We had a lot of other agents telling us "an offer will be coming" that did not come. That was difficult. However, when we did get an offer, the negotiations went quickly. Overall, we had a great experience selling our home with Jo Ellen Kralicek.

Jo was absolutely amazing to work with! She is so knowledgeable and friendly! She went above and beyond for us during the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. She was always very quick to respond to any questions we had no matter what time it was. She was amazing and so reliable! She made a very stressful process so simple and easy! We would recommend her to everyone!

Jo Kralicek was a trustworthy advisor to me on the sale of my house and purchase of my new home. She took the time to understand my needs and concerns, helped me make a plan that I was confident with during the process. Jo provided great feedback and helped by clearly explaining all details while she managed the process. She was very responsive to my questions, no matter how small. If I purchase another home, I would work with Jo again!

We had known Jo Kralicek through Boy Scouts and her PR experience through the Bismarck Tribune. She sent us mailings and emails as an agent and knowing her previously that's what led us to her. So when we needed to sell my mother's home, we automatically thought of Jo because it was nice to personally know our agent.

She laid out a real clear sales plan and explained how the process would go, what we needed to do to get mom's house ready for listing, and a rough timeline of how things would go once we accepted an offer.

Jo researched other properties for sale in the neighborhoods around my mother's house to get an accurate reflection of what those homes were selling for to come up with a fair listing price. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of loans that potential buyers would be looking at and what that would mean for us. She also took the time to keep my mother informed at the care center she resides in and went out of her way to have my mother sign some paperwork about the property by actually visiting her in person.

Once the listing date was set on a Thursday, she agressively set up 2 Open Houses for the first weekend. By that Sunday we had 2 offers already for more than our asking price.

After we accepted the offer, Jo took care of everything involving the closing date and made sure that we got the needed forms and other paperwork required for closing in order.

Jo always dressed and acted professionally but had a real down to earth way of communicating with us that made us feel very comfortable.

We can't think of any home sale going more smoothly and getting the best price for my mother's home was icing on the cake.

We will gladly recommend Jo to others who are thinking of selling their homes and we would definitely have her as our agent in any future home sales.
