Once we actually found the one, we viewed it that day, put in the offer that night, accepted the following day, and closed in 15 business days. Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and he made himself available morning, noon, and night. The process was quick, smooth, and I felt like the relationship was very transparent.
