“I had a wonderful experience working with Nicole to sell my home. From start to finish, she communicated clearly and consistently, keeping me informed every step of the way. Her pricing strategy was spot-on, and her negotiation skills helped me get a great result. Nicole is very personable and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain all the details in an efficient and easy-to-understand way, which I really appreciated. I always felt confident and supported throughout the sale. I highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy realtor.”

“I was losing my mind! I was caught in a short sale that wasnt the most honest offer/process. I was given very low offers and in Dec. 2025, starting to sell the house again with dread! When I met Steve, he explained everything that happened with the short sell. Went over the entire process of the sale, all paperwork & all questions, with patience. When the offers came in he went over each one and the pros and cons. Steven was empathetic, professional and put in the work! Easiest process ever! I am grateful that burden is gone.”

“What can I say — this professional went above and beyond. Even while I was going through some personal challenges, he stepped in and took the weight off my shoulders. He guided me through every step, gave me clear options, and helped me make the right decisions. I really appreciated his patience, honesty, and the way he made the process feel manageable. Selling 7807 Kelly Street could have been stressful, but he made it a smooth and successful experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about their clients.”

“We had a great experience with Angela. We started looking for our dream home about 2 years ago. We only looked at a few houses as we were looking for something specific. Angela would text us if she thought something fit our ask but never pressured us and was pacient as we looked for the right home. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and walked us through each step.”

“One of the agents referred was from an area farther out from our property. He was familiar with property value based on the size of the home in that location. The agent we chose was very familiar with our home because he had originally sold several of the homes in our subdivision. He was professional and honest with us. He also helped to arrange snow removal, junk removal, and grass cutting for us since we moved to another state.”
