After having Joe as our realtor to help us get our house 2 years ago, I decided to look for a place to lease to start up and run my business out of. I of course asked Joe since he made the home buying process so smoothly! He helped me find the perfect space in Philly, and guided me through the whole leasing process. He also just helped my brother with getting his perfect starter home!
