On the sale side Jonathan was able to come up with the perfect plan and marketing strategy to get an above asking offer within 3 days of listing the property. Jonathan always made time for appointments for tours which probably hit over 40 houses. There was never a time when Jonathan seemed too busy or could not accommodate requests to go visit a potential purchase.
