Josh guided us through each step and made sure we were taken care of, that our needs were met until the final moments. This was the 3rd time using Josh to buy/sell a home and we would use him again and again! Highly recommended!

Josh had all his i’s dotted and t’s crossed when it came to selling my house. He made it so easy and my house sold in less than 24 hours And over asking price. Unfortunately the buyers had to back out, but Josh said don’t stress because I was already on my way to Texas. Josh had it under contract the very next day!! Josh is so personable, patient (with a sense of urgency), honest and genuinely wants to help You as his client. I give Josh 10 stars!!

Josh is a true professional. He recently helped me purchase my first home, and was there every step of the way from A to Z. Josh not only gave me helpful recommendations to get my home ready to list, he had amazing recommendations for contractors to perform the work in a timely fashion and without costing an arm and a leg! Josh was excellent, negotiated a great price for me. Took time to sit with me and discuss every detail that I was nervous about. Took care of all paperwork, explained what to expect. Did all the talking with the sellers agent. Had great suggestions of how to fix any issues, and names and numbers for reasonably priced carpet installers and rental management company's. Josh was not pushy but let me check out all my different options. Very knowledgeable about the housing market. He was available at all times to discuss any questions. My home purchase went very smoothly. I couldn't ask for a better agent. He went above and beyond to assist me with a smooth purchase that I felt comfortable and confident that I had made a good decision. I would recommend him for a home purchase or sale.
