Year over year, Puyallup’s rolling three-month home values have inched up, with the typical home value rising about 5% compared to last year. Listing activity has expanded, as active listings are up more than 20% and new listings have climbed over 20% from a year ago. Homes sold have also increased at a similar pace, pointing to more movement on both the supply and demand sides.
