Excellent team, extremely professional, willing to go the extra mile for their listings. Our sale included moving out of Washington, and Josh and his team were willing to work very closely with us on the entire process. Their tools made it easy to keep up with showings and buyer interest, and the team constantly kept in communication throughout the entire process from listing to closing. We would definitely recommend them over and over again.

I’ve bought and sold 6 homes while using friends that were realtors. There were usually problems or communication issues and it’s hard to hold friends accountable. My wife and I decided we were going to hire a realtor we didn’t know and one with some experience. We settle in on Josh Hall and his team. I can’t describe in words what a great decision that was. Josh and his team were extremely profession and stayed on top of everything. They answered all my questions as they came up and they called me every Monday for a weekly updates.
