Josh is a so great! I do not mean the great people use when they successfully go through the buying / selling process. I mean Josh truly is a GREAT agent. He goes above and beyond. There really are just no words to describe how lucky we were to have Josh on our side. We are a military family moving from the other side of the country. Josh spent months (yes months) walking through properties with us on video calls. He went over every detail, which helped eased our stress of buying a home without physically being there. Not to mention that because of the time difference (two hours) he often worked well past the normal end of day in order to accommodate our schedule. Not only late nights, but he went back to properties more than once during the day in order to video the outside and personally take measurements to ensure the driveway would fit our RV. But, it wasn’t just showings. Josh contacted local contractors on our behalf to get quotes and HOAs to check on rules.....
