Josh Wilson

Josh is an Iredell County native who's established himself as an first-class real estate broker who launched his career in 2015. He has expertise in a variety of asset classes including land development, industrial, multi-family, office, retail, and residential. He has actively served in the Army National Guard, he has a Bachelor's degree in Building Sciences with a minor in Planning from Appalachian State University. Josh is also a licensed real estate inspector which clearly provides exceptional attention-to-detail in any projects he encounters. He also has a broad presence in the local community of Iredell County and surrounding areas and is guaranteed to successfully guide his clients through challenging real estate transactions.
