“We interviewed several firms to handle my parents estate and I feel very fortunate that we met with Jennifer and chose her to sell my parents home. She was the perfect person to guide us gently through the process and sale during this very difficult time which was compounded by the fact that we live in Florida. She coordinated and secured a house cleaner, carpet cleaner and took it upon herself to make sure the house was ready for potential buyers in our absence. Her son was a huge help to us as we packed my parents belongings to take with us. I felt secure knowing Jennifer was at the helm and trusted her completely throughout the process. She remained calm, level headed and reassuring during all this as we were grieving our parents. She has continued her thoughtfulness with updated pictures of the changes made by the new owners. I appreciate the time and effort she devoted to us.”

Selling our home had its challenges, but his persistence and urgency allowed our home to sell sooner than expected. “Keldia was patient, listened to my needs and concerns. She would provide feedback when asked for it. She would also provide critical and strategic advice in certain situations that deemed it necessary. She stuck with the plan I had, which was very aggressive for a seller’s market. In the end, I was able to get the place I wanted for significantly less than asking price and with the difference I was able to upgrade all appliances, change the carpet with a premium product, paint the whole interior and replace the hardwoods with bamboo flooring. Overall, it was a great experience and I would deal with her again. Highly recommended!”
