Huntersville’s rolling three-month data shows prices holding relatively steady compared with a year ago, with the typical home value down less than 1% year over year. List prices, however, are down more noticeably, falling about 6% from the same time last year. The share of homes selling above list has also eased year over year, pointing to less intense bidding than in prior seasons.
