Josh was a phenomenal realtor to work with. From the very beginning he made the home buying experience easy. When showing us houses he had so much knowledge about the neighborhood, the market, and could answer any questions about the house itself. When we chose the house we wanted he streamlined the process in so many ways – coordinating with the mortgage and title companies, seller’s realtor, our landlords, home inspector etc. He always knew what was next and really held our hand through the process, giving great advice when we asked for it along the way. He was so responsive to texts, easy to talk to, and really understood our interests and advocated for us. In a hot market he was even able to negotiate a seller’s credit for us. I honestly don’t think we would have ended up in our dream home without him. I highly recommend him.
