Julia Myers is known as the Motivational Realtor. She became a Realtor® in 2017 and has sold over six million in real estate sales as of 2022 and growing. She specializes in Multi Unit purchases and real estate investments.

She has a Bachelors in Marketing and a Masters in Training & Development. These skills helped her achieve her goal of publishing books; she's the author of two eBooks! "4 Steps to Closed: A Newbies Guide to Slaying Your First Home Purchase," which guides people through the purchase of their first home, and “The Seven Essentials to Selling Your Home Faster and for More Money”.
