Justin was our incredible realtor after our family lost a home in the Altadena fire. It was an extremely stressful time but he helped us find and successfully purchase a condo for my daughter, handling everything with patience and professionalism. We're so fortunate to have worked with Justin Mitchell. He is a genuine guy who went above and beyond to advocate for us. We felt a bit inundated with the information overload at the start, but he helped us refine our search and focus on what mattered most to our family. He was always avail for showings, he came prepared with comps, and he chased down the seller's brokers to get all our random questions answered. In the end, we found something that met all our needs and was in our price range. Even closing was easier than we expected. Justin scheduled all the inspections, attended them, paid attention to details, asked the right questions. He even spent 3 hours on a call with the home inspector going over every single detail of the report. In the end, Justin brought us home. Cue the cheesy music, but it's true.
