Kale found us our dream home in a very short period of time. He sat down with us and asked very detailed questions and helped us decide what we needed in a home. If we had any questions he was very quick to respond with the answers or was contacting the correct people right away to get the information we needed. He worked very hard to get everything lined up for us so that the whole process was smooth. Being first time home buyers we were scared and knew nothing. Kale was very supportive and helped us understand the home buying process better. Kale will be someone we send all our friends to.

Kale is awesome, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. We gave him some pretty narrow parameters to work with and he did a great job at finding homes within those parameters for us to look at and we ended up buying one of them! He's always great with communication, responds quickly to calls, texts, emails, etc. Whenever we met up to look at a house he was always there waiting for us and had all the info for each on hand for us. Sometimes we had questions about a house that had to be run through the seller/listing agent and Kale was always quick to find out the info and get it relayed back to us in no time. He worked very hard to help us find the right place and when it came time to draw up the papers he was a wizard getting all the documents to us to sign and then dashing them out to whomever they needed to go to (listing agent, mortgage broker, etc.) It was a pleasure working with Kale and I hope you get the privilege to work with him as well!

He is the only one who took the time to try to understand our parameters. I think that reflects his integrity . Kale is the only realtor we can work.
