October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $600,000—up 6.19% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $737,500 in Snohomish County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $738,500 in November.
Everett had 93 new listings and 95 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 177—down 11.5% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 177 active listings, 57.06% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Everett grew 2.67% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $615,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.

In October 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 16 days, compared to 9 days in October 2024.
