Karen was an exceptional realtor. Her knowledge of the areas and homes were extremely important to us as the market was just insane. She went above and beyond to virtually show us homes and neighborhoods. I have NEVER purchased a home without physically viewing it, but Karen demonstrated backbone and perseverance in the search and negotiations and despite the challenges we faced by not being able to be physically present. There were some minor defects in the house we were disappointed with the sellers as they did not divulge. So i would have insisted on an inspection. Lesson learned. However. I appreciated her sense of humor and "tell it like it is," honest and professional approach. I was feeling uneasy about purchasing a home virtually, however, once she started working with us, she demonstrated creativity, professionalism, and flexibility to get us into a home we can be comfortable, safe and proud of. I would highly recommend Karen as a realtor. She can meet virtually any challenge you face

When I met Karen, I was an out of state client looking to make a move to Arizona relatively quickly. I never met Karen in person, but did interact with her frequently for a few weeks. Home buying is inherently stressful and I was heavily relying on Karen to bring me properties and be able to speak about the area and the likelihood that I would enjoy it. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed with her as an agent.

I did all of the leg work, and by all, I mean all. I found properties, sent them to her, came up with a number, again, on my own and had her submit them. I will also say that I never heard back on a few, so I am unsure if they were ever submitted.

She never gave me any advice about the real estate market, where I should look if I was being outbid, any other ideas.. again, ZERO customer service. It almost was as if she was in cahoots with the sellers and would only tell me to bid "highest and best"- that's not very good advice, as it seems like she was only attempting to run up the price. Didn't even hide the fact that she was only interested in commission.

I eventually closed on a house that I found online myself, called on and toured virtually with Karen being absolutely no help. It was a terrible experience with her and I do not think I would recommend her services if you are looking to purchase a home.
