We searched for our home together she set app for the next day, she was always quick and responsive to my every request, we found our perfect home in as little as 3 months.

I can't say enough about Karen. She was wonderful to work with and has become a good friend as well. She was friendly and warm without being overbearing from day 1. She digested our home needs and desires and assisted us in finding wonderful neighborhoods and properties to visit. She made our shopping and closing a breeze. I say BRAVO, Karen!!! Karen was funny she called back every single time that I called I'm a worry-wart so there were days that I'm sure I called four or five times things kept changing due to the sellers not us I did everything that they asked and so we had to continuously run back and forth to the office because the closing was a fast closing and Karen was always on top of it calling the office saying Chris is coming in or Marie is coming in to make copies and send additional copies of checks and whatever so she was forever answering our calls was kind of funny she does a great job as a matter of fact we live in a house now that's why we could buy the other one and fix it a little bit and then we're moving out of this one so she will be the listing agent for this house thank you again Century 21 Hansen Chris and Marie Cartwright

It was a great pleasure working with Karen. If I called her & received her VM, she would always call back in a timely manner. If Karen said she was going to pick you up for a showing at 10:00am, she was there at 9:55am.

I only wished I had met Karen four years ago before I moved from Chicago to the Ft Lauderdale area. If I would have, maybe I would not be in the process of moving only after four years in my present residence.

Karen Kelley was a blessing in disguise in the sale of my home. After living in my home for over 20 years and becoming a widow during that time, I was very nervous to sell. My family had accumulated years of "stuff" and we had a huge job sifting through our things and cleaning while we did that. It really took us over 6 months to accomplish that. Karen came to us with a positive attitude, explaining what we needed to do, and how best to clear out the house before showing it. She was always pleasant and kind. We did what we could and she praised us for getting it done. When we were as ready as could be, she took pictures, gathered the details and put this listing on line. The house sold in two weeks! After some negotiations with the buyer, we reached an agreeable contract price, the closing was set in less than a month and we closed without any problems. It was all due to Karen's willingness to take the time with us, did not criticize our "mess" but only gave us helpful information. We are now in our new home in Spring Hill, Florida, and only look back on the past and look forward to our future, and definitely trying to keep our "clutter" down. We chose Karen Kelley as our broker for primarily two reasons #1-critically important- she understood our needs/challenges as well as how to best sell our home to get the most value possible. #2- also very important, we shared a mutual trust that that just wouldn't be established with a new broker. Also, she purposefully advised us on how to stage our home and recommended a few changes/fixes around the home that she felt would be critical to home buyers.
