Karen went above and beyond helping my mom sell her house. My mom's house had some difficult factors that made it hard to find the right buyer and Karen was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant contact, was honest with us, and even predicted down the dollar what the house would appraise for! We got more for the house than I ever thought we would. I would 100% recommend Karen if you are selling your home. She is honest, down to earth, and knows her stuff.
