She kept in constant contact, was honest with us, and even predicted down the dollar what the house would appraise for! We got more for the house than I ever thought we would. Karen was fantastic and had our interests in mind. We knew the house needed some updating and with her expertise, priced it accordingly. The prospective buyers tried to negotiate the cost down but Karen held firm and eventually closed on the sale. She was very proactive and helped immensely with cleaning out the unwanted furniture, clothing and various other miscellaneous items. She worked hard for us and I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Karen is so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended and stuck with us on a long difficult deal with my condo. She also steps in and helps wherever is needed to get unit sold and also has many contacts. Karen is also very professional, assertive and thorough
