I have no idea when Karen gets the time to sleep because she will prioritize your needs. She is not only the best at her job but also an incredible human being and my family and I are blessed to know her. She sold my brother's home and now is working with me to buy my first home. Karen is one of the best Real Estate professionals that I've ever worked with. The help and guidance that Karen provided was invaluable to me and my mom as we were trying to sell this home from another state. She went above and beyond what she needed to, in order to make this a smooth process. In a time where I feel customer service is a lost art, Karen proved that some people still believe in putting the customer / client first and doing the right thing and just being a good person. I would recommend Karen to anyone who is looking for an honest hard working Real Estate professional that will do right by you. Karen was fantastic and had our interests in mind. We knew the house needed some updating and with her expertise, priced it accordingly. The prospective buyers tried to negotiate the cost down but Karen held firm and eventually closed on the sale. She was very proactive and helped immensely with cleaning out the unwanted furniture, clothing and various other miscellaneous items. She worked hard for us and I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Karen is so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended and stuck with us on a long difficult deal with my condo. She also steps in and helps wherever is needed to get unit sold and also has many contacts. Karen is also very professional, assertive and thorough
