Great experience buying a home with Karl as our realtor. We purchased while living out of state and Karl was extremely proactive in making sure that all aspects of the transaction were handled on time and that we had all of the information we needed. When I had flight delays while travelling out for closing, Karl seamlessly adjusted closing times and details. All of that and he's a great person as well. Highly recommend!

We were hesitant to use a realtor due to a bad experience in the past but from the moment we met Karl, we knew that we had made the right choice!
He listened closely to what our criteria were for our house hunting hopes and offered us great choices and pointed out the positives and negatives of each as we toured the homes. We eventually found the home we were looking for after a few days and with Karl's help and guidance, we have closed on our dream home.
Even though there were a few bumps in the road along the way, we were able to get thru with Karl's expertise and knowledge.
We now think of Karl and his wife as family.
