Evergreen had 2 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 31—down 29.55% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
Of those 31 active listings, 16.13% reduced their price in the month of December. The median listing price for homes in Evergreen fell 11.29% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $467,950. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to fall.
