Katherina is a great real estate agent. She understand exactly what I was looking for and offered help more than once. She took the time to learn about me, what I was looking for and also what was the right fit for me and help with valuable advice on how to approach this purchase. Katherina is local to the Cleveland area and knows it very well. She could help me understand why one area was better and more suitable to me than other area’s around Cleveland and could communicate that to me in simple, yet, very clear explanations. Katherina is a master with the contract negotiations, she came up with a deal that was good for me and made the seller happy as well. Throughout this home buying process.
