Katerina was so easy to work with. She worked to sell my house. Katerina brought up the strength and positiveness of my property. The other agents from other companies told me only the weakness and downside of my property. She responded promptly. She had very professional knowledge on real estate business and had great understanding local market situation. She even took a time to find a right agent for my family to purchase a house in different state. I was very nervous to hire someone that I do not know but I was able to trust someone that she introduced. Overall, I would strongly recommend to hire her for anyone who want to sell or buy property.
