Over the course of 3 months of searching in a hectic market, she stayed on top of all of the new houses coming on the market and made herself available at any time of the day to ensure we could see houses. Houses were coming on the market and going under contract within 36 hours, so her availability and attention to the market were critical. In addition, her knowledge of not only the market and region, but of house interior/exterior builds were helpful in understanding the true value of the homes we were looking at.
