Mrs. Michalopoulos was very nice to work with. She is very professional and knew about the area! She had offers in before she even had time to take videos of the property. Mrs. Michalopoulos got me above my asking price for my building! She was very patient with me, because I lived out of state and it took some time for me to retrieve some paper work required for the closing.
