Katherina is an excellent real estate agent, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She has lots of experience in the area where I am interested in and offered me a great value while searching for the perfect home for my family. She helped me with everything related to the purchase and pointed me to the right direction and saved me a few times from a bad purchase because of her deep understanding in the local market.

Katherine was very helpful and patient with me during the entire process. She helped me with direction, explained in great detailed about the market in her area, about how things are being done and helped me find a loan broker. I sent Katherine to multiple properties before I made my choice, and she went there (as I was not in the area) and took photo’s and Video’s for me which helped me understand how the property looks and why I should buy it or not.
