Her availability was unmatched, I always knew I can count on her to answer my phone calls and e-mails whenever I had questions or concerns. Karen was fortunate to find Kathy Kerman when she purchased her first home in March 2020. Ms. Kerman is extraordinary professional. She is also extremely polite, respectful, courteous, and detail oriented. Ms. Kerman, during our initial contact phone call, asked pertinent questions and really listened to my responses, then asked qualifying follow up questions to understand what it was I was searching for. My experience with Ms. Kerman was exceptional. She exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. During the final walkthrough of the property that I decided to purchase I was out of the country, Kathy did the walkthrough while holding her mobile phone with me on FaceTime so we could complete and close in a timely frame rate.
