I have had a very unpleasant experience. From the beginning there were several thing not done properly but was ignored . I even have confirmation from bge&td service that the house was not up to code and when I expressed that she never showed to fix or even check on the property . We had rats and mice everywhere from holes in the house that were not covered before we moved in . That request was also not handled and I made sure I have receipts. I feel like as a landlord she should have responded when It came to me constantly requesting her to check on her property . This is landlord negligence. I contacted as much ask I could.
