Amazing experience - Buying and Selling!
Ken was extremely professional during the entire process - when my husband and I first contacted him we were not even sure if/when we would move, but he came to our house and explained to us how the market was looking and how we should expect the process to be. We ended up listing weeks before planned, and he prepared everything in literally hours with very short notice. From calling him to prepare the house, to photo, to listing and open house (and multiple offers) it was all a time span of 48 hours. It was very impressive. He helped us choose the best buyers for our house and the process really was so smooth. He was always available anytime I had questions and was even able to help me screening realtors for my purchase in a new city.

Ken was amazing! He did all the things that you would expect from an agent, he showed houses, he walked us through the process and all though other things you need to buy a house. Where Ken really excels is all the other stuff he does to find you a home. Our first trip to the Tucson area was just to check out area and to decide if this is where we wanted to live, Ken spent an entire day driving us around to the different sections of Tucson, giving us an idea of what life in Tucson would be like. He did all of this knowing that he would not make a sale during this trip. When we came back to actually look for a house you could tell that he was more concerned about finding us a home and making sure we would be happy than about making a sale.

Professional͏ and Personable, not Pushy

I contacted Ken online about a property and he responded quickly and got me the information I needed. While that house wasn't a match, I kept in contact with Ken and he provided me with listings and guidance. What I liked is that I made it clear I was not in a position to buy right away as I was waiting for the house I was residing in to sell. While lots of other agents I talked to were pushy and I felt pressure to respond, Ken respected my timeline and gave guidance while letting it happen on my timeline.

When the time came I was ready to buy, I found the perfect house for me and Ken negotiated a slightly reduced price. The transaction went smoothly between all parties and here I am in a home I love.

I highly recommend Ken if you want a low key, but professional and thorough real estate agent. He also provided lots of valuable referrals to contractors in the area.

We found a nice condo
Ken was a great help showing us a variety of different condo communities in the area we preferred. We made a purchase at Pinnacle Canyon and look forward to moving there for the winter. Along the way, Ken introduced us to the folks at the title company and helped with the final inspection items when we could not be there in person. It was a pleasure working with Ken. He had his hands full with me as I was working out of town during the entire purchase process. Ken had his colleague perform the initial walkthrough with me via FaceTime. He was present during the inspection and kindly FaceTimed me so I could be part of the process. Not just a agent
Ken will go to every extent to find you your perfect home. We worked for over 3 years on our relocation home that was 3000 miles away so it was not easy but he really went out of his way looking ,sending videos, seeing homes for us , checking areas etc because we could not at the end we are in our new home and very happy and yes we are friends with Ken now. Just a great guy.
